Tangoe, Inc. Completes Strategic Transaction with HCL
Leading global communications lifecycle management provider completes strategic transaction with HCL Technologies, acquiring HCL telecom expense management customer agreements and operations
ORANGE, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Tangoe, Inc., a leading global provider of enterprise communications lifecycle management software and related services, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with HCL Technologies to formalize a strategic alliance and acquire all existing HCL Telecom Expense Management (TEM) customer agreements and operations. Under terms of the agreement, Tangoe will assume ownership of HCL’s fixed and mobile expense management practice, processing centers, and support staff located in Alpharetta, GA and East Rutherford, NJ. In addition, HCL will continue to provide offshore service and support operations currently utilized by the existing HCL client base.
