American Executive Centers’ New Partnership Provides Customers with Savings and World Class Technology

PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Executive Centers, an executive suite company with seven locations across the greater Philadelphia area, is pleased to announce that its new partnership with Expert Technology Associates (ETA) results in savings of $70,000 a year on voice and carrier services, a new audio conferencing system for customers and a landmark improvement in the way customers are billed for phone usage.

This partnership between American Executive Centers and ETA blossomed in early 2011 and was solidified on April 29 when ETA worked with American Executive Centers to seamlessly transition American Executive Centers’ Exton, PA, office to a new state-of-the-art facility in Malvern, PA, migrating that location’s carrier services to the carrier PAETEC in the process. ETA then moved the carrier services of the rest of American Executive Centers’ locations to PAETEC in June.

Though American Executive Centers was involved with another technology vendor and carrier when they were formally introduced to ETA, the savings, resources and level of partnership for both American Executive Centers and their clients made the decision to move to ETA an easy one.

“I compared ETA to the previous vendor that we were using. What struck me was more than the difference in services. It was also the difference in how ETA goes about implementing a new project or a new phone cut, because that’s what this entailed, it entailed us leaving the telephone carrier that we had been with for 12 years and were perfectly fine with. And, in our industry, nobody’s ever fine with their carrier,” Anne Senski, VP of Operations at American Executive Centers, said. “I met with Paul Weiss….He looked at our entire infrastructure of how we had all of our lines laid out and came up with some very creative ways to not only enable us to keep those lines, but to reduce our costs on the lines alone by about $70,000 a year.”

In addition to these savings, ETA provided American Executive Centers and their customers with a new audio conferencing platform with world class services and a new option for phone billing.
