Scott Weinstein to Help Optical Transport Leader Identify New Growth Opportunities

Aurora Networks stated that Weinstein, who has more than 15 years of investment banking and mergers and acquisitions experience, will help the company identify organic and inorganic growth opportunities, including potential acquisitions.

- Before joining Aurora Networks, Weinstein was a managing director in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group at Piper Jaffray & Co. Before Piper Jaffray, Weinstein worked at Thomas Weisel Partners and Wessels, Arnold & Henderson.
- During his 15 years in the financial banking and mergers and acquisitions sector, Weinstein was involved in close to 100 corporate transactions and financing deals valued in excess of $15 billion.
