Cequel to Release 2010 First Quarter Results

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cequel Communications Holdings I, LLC (“Cequel”) announced today that it will release its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2010, on the morning of May 18, 2010. Cequel will hold its earnings conference call at 12:00 p.m. (ET) the same day.

Shortly after the earnings call, a replay will be available on the company’s Web site (suddenlink.com). The same day, Cequel will also post to the company’s Web site its quarterly report for the period ended March 31, 2010. That report is being furnished pursuant to the Indenture governing the 8.625% Senior Notes due 2017 and co-issued by Cequel and Cequel Capital Corporation.
