Consumer Cellular Strengthens Phoenix Customer Support Center
PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Consumer Cellular (http://www.consumercellular.com), the exclusive wireless provider for AARP members, has hired two new team members to drive the growth of its Phoenix customer support center.
John Kabella has been hired as support center manager. Kabella maintains more than 20-years of experience leading customer service centers for the Vanguard Group and the College Loan Corporation. In his new role, Kabella will be responsible for managing all operations of Consumer Cellular’s Phoenix location, including the review and implementation of service center policies and procedures as well as the development and monitoring of service volume and timeliness.
Christopher Cahall joins Consumer Cellular as the company’s Phoenix-based recruiter. In this role, Cahall will be responsible for recruiting and hiring talented customer service professionals to expand the company’s local operations. Cahall has more than five years of recruitment and Human Resources experience.
