CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in relationship management, has completed a project to implement Convergys’ Rating and Billing Manager and Active Mediation Smart Apps, both part of Convergys Revenue Management Solutions, for Vodafone’s wholesale business in Australia.
