CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in relationship management, announced today it will release its third quarter 2011 financial results and file SEC form 10-Q after market close on Tuesday, November 1.

Convergys will hold a conference call and webcast at 8:30 A.M., Eastern Daylight Time, on Wednesday, November 2, to discuss third quarter 2011 financial results. Convergys President and CEO Jeff Fox and CFO Earl Shanks will participate.
