Convergys is hiring over 1,000 people to work as home agents to handle customer service phone calls, Web chats, and e-mail inquiries. Convergys’ Home Agent team is one of the fastest growing parts of the company, and it offers a flexible work alternative to the traditional office setting. Another 1,000 jobs are available to people interested in management and agent positions within 20 of Convergys’ call center facilities across the United States.
