--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Members of the Communications Workers of America will rally in two locations on Wed., Nov. 3, to show their support for workers at DISH Network who want a union voice and a fair contract.

Workers at the Farmers Branch and North Richland Hills locations voted last February for CWA representation. The election at Farmers Branch was certified by the National Labor Relations Board in May, but the company is engaged in stalling tactics at the bargaining table. The North Richland Hills unit is still waiting for certification from the NLRB and still waiting for justice.
