Frank Galuppo Appointed CEO of Dax Technologies
Seasoned telecommunications veteran assumes leadership role with industry-leading IT software solutions developer
MATAWAN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- DAX Technologies, a provider of customer experience management software solutions for mobile operators and government organizations, today announced the appointment of Frank Galuppo as its CEO, effective immediately. In his role as CEO of DAX Technologies, Mr. Galuppo will play a dynamic role in shaping business strategy, as well as overseeing company operations.
A seasoned veteran, Mr. Galuppo brings with him more than 40 years of senior-level telecommunications industry expertise, including strategic corporate leadership, product portfolio design and development, and global sales and marketing management. Prior to joining DAX Technologies, Mr. Galuppo served as Executive in Residence for Omni Capital Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on early-growth stage IT and telecommunication technology companies, and CEO of Amedia Networks, overseeing the company’s development of advanced home gateway technologies for delivery of high-speed broadband services.
In addition to his experiences at Omni Capital Ventures and Amedia Networks, Mr. Galuppo also served as a long-time member of the Alcatel-Lucent Technologies management team, having been tapped for a number of critical roles by the global telecommunications leader. During his tenure at Alcatel-Lucent, Mr. Galuppo held positions as the Managing Director of the company’s product development center in Nuremberg, Germany, Vice President of the Dense Wave Division Multiplexing business unit, and President of its Optical Networking division.
