SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- GSI Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: GSIT) today announced that on March 30, 2011, Cypress Semiconductor filed suit against GSI in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. Cypress’ complaint alleges five counts of patent infringement, principally related to GSI’s SigmaQuadTM and SigmaDDRTM products. GSI has not yet been formally served in this matter. The Company has begun an investigation of Cypress’ claims and intends to defend the lawsuit vigorously.
