Paragon Communications Inc. Acquires Telpro, Inc.

ASHLAND, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Paragon Communications Inc., one of the nation’s largest suppliers of refurbished telephony, data and networking equipment, announced today that it has acquired Telpro, Inc. Founded in 1986 and based in Toledo, Ohio, Telpro is one of the industry’s most established and well respected resellers of telecommunications equipment. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The company has entered into additional acquisition discussions with several companies across these industries.
