Integra Telecom Schedules Release of Second Quarter 2011 Earnings to Debtholders for August 10

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Integra Telecom, Inc., will release its 2011 second quarter earnings on IntraLinks to holders of its debt, prospective investors, broker-dealers and securities analysts on Wednesday, Aug. 10.

The company also plans to conduct a quarterly earnings conference call Monday, Aug. 22 at 8 a.m. PDT (11 a.m. EDT), during which the company will discuss its results. There will be a question-and-answer session following the presentation. Call-in information will be provided on IntraLinks to debt holders at or before the time that the company’s annual earnings are posted to IntraLinks.
