NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Invitel Holdings A/S announced today the closing, by its subsidiary Magyar Telecom B.V. (“Magyar Telecom”), of the acquisition of FiberNet Hungary Tanácsadó Kft. (the sole owner of FiberNet Kommunikációs Zrt.). Contemporaneously, Magyar Telecom has also sold one-third of the FiberNet network assets to UPC Magyarország Kft.
