NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Invitel Holdings A/S (“Invitel Holdings” or the “Company”) announced today that following the expiration of the 90 day period from the filing of Form 15 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), Invitel Holdings has been deregistered from the SEC and its reporting obligations under the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, have ceased.
