NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Invitel Holdings A/S (Pink Sheets:INVHY) (the “Company”) announced today that it has filed its 2009 Annual Report on Form 20-F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, which Annual Report includes the Company’s consolidated financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2009 and 2008.
