Kentrox Achieves TL 9000 Recertification

COLUMBUS, Ohio - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Kentrox, Inc., an innovator of site monitoring, management, and control solutions, is proud to have completed a full recertification audit of its quality systems and received TL 9000 registration. TL 9000 is a worldwide quality standard designed specifically for the telecommunications industry and ensures a consistent set of guidelines are met by the participating companies. This achievement acknowledges our continuing dedication to our customer's expectations.

The purpose of TL 9000 is to define the unique communications quality system requirements for design, development, production, delivery, and service. In addition, it specifies measurements for companies to help evaluate the effectiveness of quality implementation and improvement programs.

Kentrox first obtained ISO 9001 registration in July 1995 and then achieved TL 9000 registration in 2004. Since then, management has continued its long-term commitment to developing customer relationships, improving performance, and providing value to our customers by achieving TL 9000 recertification in each triennial term. By the end of 2010, the company expects to be compliant with the latest revision (Release 5.0) of the TL 9000 standard.
