Company to Discuss $10.2 Million Award from the Rural Utilities Service and Successful Completion of Six Acquisitions in Past 12 Months

OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- KeyOn Communications Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:KEYO) (http://www.keyon.com), one of the largest providers of wireless broadband, satellite video and voice-over-Internet protocol (VoIP) services in the United States, announced today that it will host a conference call to provide an update on its $10.2 million stimulus award given under the Rural Utilities Service’s Broadband Initiatives Program of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). In addition to the stimulus award, the Company will discuss the success of its Rural UniFi program, through which KeyOn has completed six acquisitions since the program’s inception.

The conference call will take place on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at 4:15 pm EDT. KeyOn’s CEO, Jonathan Snyder, will be presenting. There will be a brief Q & A session at the end of the presentation.
