NETPortal’s capability to map customers to their services and to the network devices being used by the service enables proactive customer engagement and customer service. In addition, secure end-customer access allows enterprises to see information regarding their services and to perform their own change management, such as accessing bandwidth on demand.

- Monitor network element and link health, drilling down to circuit information
NETPortal uses actual network configurations, not legacy data, for all functions, thus reducing errors and costly rework. By discovering device configurations directly from the network and automatically creating the logical service topology and inventory, services can be designed quickly and accurately, with near zero data migration.
