Osmose Utilities Services Acquires BBCom, Inc

TYRONE, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. today announced the acquisition of telecommunications engineering firm, BBCom, Inc. (www.bbcom.us). Since 2004, BBCom has aided large investor-owned telecommunications providers in the design and implementation of custom fiber networks. BBCom provides both inside plant (ISP) and outside plant (OSP) services including engineering design, construction management, project management, drafting, professional staffing, records auditing, data migration, and equipment design and installation.

This acquisition combines one of the most experienced telecommunications engineering firms in the fiber industry with Osmose’s expertise in lowering the costs, managing the risks, and improving the performance of transmission and distribution (T&D) systems.
