SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Robbins Umeda LLP has commenced an investigation into possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law by members of the Board of Directors of ADC Telecommunications, Inc. ("ADC" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: ADCT) in connection with their efforts to sell ADC to Tyco Electronics, Ltd. ("Tyco") (NYSE: TEL). If the transaction is completed, ADC shareholders will receive $12.75 in cash for each share of ADC stock they hold. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth calendar quarter of 2010.
