Steve Morgan Joins Edgewater Networks, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Edgewater Networks, Inc., a leading provider of Enterprise Session Border Controllers, announced today that Steve Morgan has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Steve brings over 20 years of experience as a senior financial executive responsible for managing all aspects of finance, legal and human resources for private and publicly held companies.

Prior to Atmosphere, Steve held a number of finance positions at Whitetree, Inc., Integrated Process Equipment Corporation (IPEC) and KPMG. He has extensive experience creating the financial management, performance measurement and executive reporting systems required to manage and support growing businesses.
