BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- According to the latest research from Strategy Analytics, mobile handset sales in South Africa will grow a healthy 17 percent to 11 million units in 2010. Growth is being driven by economic recovery and the feel-good factor of the upcoming World Cup soccer tournament.
