NETCENTS Task Orders Worth More Than $15 Million Allow For Modernization Project at 10 Locations

ASHBURN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Air National Guard (ANG) has awarded a series of new task orders to Telos^® Corporation to conduct an Inside Plant (ISP) Information Transport System (ITS) modernization at 10 ANG sites across the country.

The task orders, awarded under the Network Centric Solutions (NETCENTS) contract vehicle, cover the first three waves of the project and total more than $15.8 million.

“The solution Telos will provide to the Guard is a cost-effective, integrated, high-bandwidth information transport capability,” said Ronnie Clark, director of Air National Guard programs for Telos’ Secure Networks division. “It is designed to support both current and future mission requirements while maximizing the use of existing facilities and equipment.”

Telos serves as a prime contractor on the five-year NETCENTS contract vehicle. NETCENTS is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract that provides the Air Force, the Department of Defense and other federal agencies with a single vehicle through which to buy network-centric information technologies, networking equipment, and services, as well as voice, video and data communications hardware and software and telephony solutions from preferred contractors.
