GigaOM reported earlier this week that Time Warner Cable might be considering pulling DOCSIS 3.0 upgrade plans from markets that had been targeted for its now-suspended plans to expand its metered broadband usage trials. While many Tweets alternately speculated on this possibility and questioned its validity, GigaOM has a statement from a TWC spokesperson that confirms that the company is "re-evaluating" its DOCSIS 3.0 plans. No more specific info yet, but there will surely be more to come.
