Covad's ready to take your nationwide Ethernet service order

If you're a carrier that's in need of wholesale Ethernet services look no further than Covad, which is now ready to take orders for its recently launched nationwide Ethernet service.

Scaling as low as 1.5 Mbps up to 35 Mbps and reaching about 10 million businesses, Covad's Ethernet services are offered with dedicated Internet access or aggregated with one of its Gigabit Ethernet-based hub aggregation services.

Wholesale customers can bundle Covad's Ethernet products with other services such as MPLS VPNs and class of service (CoS) to target new customers and upsell existing customers.

While Covad is a relative newcomer to the wholesale Ethernet game, the service provider has made an aggressive move to enhance its product set with Ethernet capabilities. Much like its traditional DSL and T1 offerings enabled service providers to extend their presence out of region, Covad's wholesale offering represents the growing trend that service providers will continue to need out of region Ethernet connectivity to serve their respective customers' multi-site connectivity needs.
