CWA "Ready to Strike" ringtone ready for action

Members of the Communications Workers of America (CWA) have created a special song with an accompanying ringtone called "Ready to Strike."  The ringtone, originally designed for CWA Local 6222, has gone viral among union members and has proliferated through blogs and YouTube.

Created by a pair of CWA Local 6222 AT&T employees with the help of Toronto hip-host artist Riley Wallace, it was intended as a way to reach younger union members who had been with the company for less than two years.  The ringtone was originally crafted for a Local 6222 rally, but word quickly spread and Wallace recorded a new version without localized references three weeks ago
