Frontier targets new home cybersecurity opportunities via real estate partnership

Frontier Communications has established a new channel with William Raveis Real Estate to route its Frontier Secure digital protection and tech support products targeting consumers relocating to a new location.

Delivered through its Home Plus Relocation Benefits Program, William Raveis Real Estate customers will be able to get access to Frontier Secure, a suite of digital services that includes computer and mobile security, identity theft protection, 24/7/365 100 percent U.S.-based Premium Technical Support; cloud-based data backup; and equipment protection.

"Cybercrime costs billions of dollars each year," said Kelly Morgan, senior vice president and general manager for Frontier Secure, in a release. "This partnership is the perfect opportunity for new home buyers setting up Internet service to protect themselves and their families from cybercrime with Frontier Secure products."

The real estate company said it would offer its clients Frontier Secure Computer Security, Content Anywhere Backup & Sharing, and Premium Technical Support through its Home Plus Benefits Program that provides products and services related to new home sales and purchases.

Offering its security and tech support services through an established real estate company like William Raveis Real Estate makes sense for Frontier in that it provides another major channel from which it can sell what is a value-added service to enhance its residential revenue stream.
