Google adds FiOS to TV Ads inventory partner; PrimeNet to resell Hughes Brazil satellite services

> Google's newest network inventory partner is for its TV Ads business is Verizon FiOS, Forbes reports, with the search engine giant's ROI-focused ads appearing on televisions in about 35 million households starting next year. Story.

> U.K. chip designer Imagination Technologies will buy U.S. video and VoIP company HelloSoft for up to $47 million, reports TotalTelecom. The company will pay $20.2 million up front and another $26.9 million depending on HelloSoft's performance over the next three years. Story.
