ISPs lose traffic shaping battle with Bell Canada

Tools

ISPs in Canada who use Bell Canada's network lost a battle to stop the telco from throttling P2P traffic. The Canadian Radio and Telecommunications Commission for now denied a request from the Canadian Association of Internet Providers for an injunction against Bell.
