Net neutrality proponents target national broadband debate

As various voices have begun to contribute to the national broadband discussion in the U.S., it is becoming clear the real debates on this issue will revolve around Net neutrality. As we noted last week, who isn't in favor of universal broadband? Now, not only are telcos both large and small finding room to include Net neutrality condemnations in their national broadband comment filings with the FCC, but well-known proponents of Net neutrality are trying to make sure the FCC knows the national broadband discussion really is a Net neutrality discussion, one that will decide the future of the open Internet concept.

Those NN fans last week launched a new campaign, "It's the Internet, Stupid," along with their own letter to the FCC reminding the agency what is at stake.
