Neustar capitalizes on the VoIP LNP opportunity

As more consumers cut the traditional POTS cord for a new VoIP service from an alternative player such as a cable operator or an over the top provider like Vonage (NYSE: VG), the need for efficient Local Number Portability (LNP) continues to be a pressing issue. One service provider that's helping ease that transition is Neustar, which serves as the administrator of the NPAC (Number Portability Administration Center).
