Paetec offers enterprise managed router service

Verizon Business is not the only carrier making a stronger play for enterprise customers. Paetec Holding Corp., the Fairport, N.Y.-based carrier that has grown through acquisition of late, just announced a managed router service pledging router configuration and support for enterprise services such as MPLS-based VPNs and VoIP. Paetec acquired McLeodUSA in February, and also recently bought PBX specialist Allworx.
