Sonus Networks to acquire Atreus Systems

Sonus Networks is acquiring Atreus Systems, a vendor of VoIP technology and IP service provisioning systems based in Ottawa, Canada. Atreus has been around for nine years and actually has been a partner of Sonus for the last five years, so Sonus was pretty well acquainted with its purchase. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
