SPOTLIGHT: Alcatel-Lucent to acquire ReachView

Alcatel-Lucent is acquiring ReachView Technologies, a consulting and integration firm based in Atlanta and Dallas that specializes in services assurance projects and other OSS/BSS issues. The deal, which is expected to close by April 1, comes amid ongoing consolidation in the OSS sector.
