AT&T launches holiday U-Verse promotion

Tools

In the ongoing battle to attract new customers from going to cable companies, AT&T is offering potential U-Verse customers a $200 promotion card that can be used to purchase a new smart phone or a high definition television.

Any new customer that subscribes to a U-Verse TV bundle (U200 or higher), U-Verse Internet (Pro or higher) with its Wireless 450 (or higher) or U-Verse Voice Unlimited are eligible for the promotion. This latest promotion is complemented with free wireless home networking and access to its nationwide WiFi network.

AT&T's latest U-Verse promotion is one of many ways the telcos are trying to lure and retain their current customer base by incorporating various promotions and other extra add-on services into their respective dual, triple and quad play bundle offerings.
