Telco immunity in danger?

It's been looking more likely retroactive telco immunity would be part of any new domestic surveillance legislation after the White House reportedly agreed to provide more information on its domestic spying program to the Senate Intelligence Committee. Now, the Senate Judiciary Committee is saying what looks like a quid pro quo information-for-legislation-consideration exchange could threaten the telco immunity provision.
