Time Warner Cable at New York State FairAs Time Warner Cable's (NYSE: TWC) video service revenue continues to dwindle, the cable MSO has been changing its focus to get more of the subscriber's broadband dollar by upgrading their cable networks with DOCSIS 3.0 technology to offer 50 Mbps speeds and above. The bet appears to be paying off for TWC, as the MSO reported $1.12 billion in broadband revenue in the second quarter.
