Verizon revamps wireline bills
Verizon Communications has redesigned its bill for residential wireline services and is now sending the new bill out to customers in New York City. If that doesn't sound like huge news, the move actually comes after NYC competitor Time Warner Cable produced ads criticizing the length and complexity of the telco's bills. Customers also reportedly have complained about the bills.
The New York City market is especially critical to Verizon, since it made a pretty big effort to launch FiOS services there earlier this year. Verizon plans to roll out the new bill design to all of its residential customer by the end of this year.

At the end of 2009 I started getting 40+ page bills from Verizon. This was after switching to a "flat rate"!!!!!!! This is INSANE!!!! If they got complaints back in 2008 then why haven't they made changes reducing the length and complexity!??? LAME!!!!!
