Verizon Strike Flier

Union folks. I've met many of you, and know that most are hard-working people, who truly care about VZ and your customers. If you really want the best for your family, VZ, and your community, compete for positions on your own, individual merit. Don't you understand that the union props up many that should be doing something else? This puts more on the shoulders of those are right for the position. If you're truly good at your job, think of what you could earn if you were paid based on your performance, not by the union contract, which accounts for underperformers (and if you didn't have to pay union dues). Ask for company shares as part of your compensation. Just think how high they'd fly when the union's (union apparatus, not people) not pulling them down.
LET'S SEE HOW WELL THEY TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS THAT ARE MAKING THEM RICH WITHOUT US THERE TO SERVICE THEM! SEE HOW MANY THEY LOSE FROM THE POOR SERVICE THE MANAGERS AND OTHER SCABS WILL PROVIDE! SEIDENBERG AND THE OTHER SUITS HAD BETTER LEARN TO SHARE THE PROFITS THEY ARE SHOVING INTO THEIR POCKETS BEFORE THE FIOS GOES BELLY UP! GO UNION!
YOU OBVIOUSLY DON'T KNOW THE UNION AND WHAT IT IS CAPABLE OF. VERIZON WOULD BE NOTHING BUT AN OVER-RATED COMCAST IF IT WERENT FOR THE UNION. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU START UNION BASHING. 65,000 STRONG AND HOLDING OUR GROUND--RECOGNIZE
A COMPANY THAT PROFITED OVER 5 BILLION DOLLARS LAST YEAR AND IS ON TRACK TO PROFIT OVER 7 BILLION---THAT'S BILLION DOLLARS THIS YEAR, SHOULD RECOGNIZE THAT IT WOULD BE NOTHING WITHOUT THE HARD WORKING MEN AND WOMEN WHO ARE OUT IN THE FIELD DAY IN AND DAY OUT, RAIN OR SHINE!!!!!
Some people just dont get it. Verizon should take care of the people that are the heart and soul of the company. If it was a failing company thats one thing, but its not.
ater this it would be in verizons best intrest to pul back every thing after the damage the union has done.speak well of your company you are a part of it
They don't have the balls to walk out. All talk, and Verizon knows this too. I would bet you that it was the union that stopped the clock on their contract,,not Verizon. To afraid of being without a job. But they know their future is numbered with Verizon.
