Yipes becomes part of Reliance Globalcom

India's Reliance Communications has integrated all of its communications properties under a new Reliance Globalcom corporate structure and brand, including the Ethernet provider formerly known as Yipes Enterprise Services. Reliance acquired U.S.-based Yipes last year, and the firm will now use the brand Reliance Globalcom Services in enterprise circles.

Reliance also owns undersea cable operator Reliance FLAG, formerly FLAG Telecom, and several other communications properties, and is shaping up to be a growing global force in the telecom industry.
