Sean Buckley, Senior Editor, FierceTelecom
Sean Buckley joined the Fierce Telecom staff in July 2009 and is responsible for covering news and trends in the wireline section of the telecom industry.
Before joining the Fierce Telecom staff, Buckley most recently served as the Editor-in-Chief for Telecom Engine from 2006 to 2009 overseeing both the former print publication Telecommunications Magazine Americas and the transition to a web-based publication. Buckley returned to Telecommunications in July 2006 after a brief one-year stint covering the public sector IT and mobile network infrastructure trends as a senior analyst at Current Analysis.
Previously, Buckley served as the senior editor for the former Telecommunications Magazine covering broadband access (cable, fixed wireless, Fiber to the X and business services). Buckley got his start in the telecom industry in 1998 when he served as editor of enterprise and optical networks for Information Gatekeepers, a Boston-based telecom publisher.

Cliff Dinwiddie, Director, Data & IP Strategic and Business Development, Qwest Wholesale Markets
Cliff Dinwiddie is responsible for strategy development and all business development initiatives across Qwest’s wholesale  data & IP product portfolio. In this role, Dinwiddie is responsible for monitoring market trends and demand in order to drive Qwest’s financial performance on both legacy and emerging technologies.
A graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, Dinwiddie started his 16-year telecommunications career at MCI leading customer service operations functions and has held various leadership positions with large and small wholesale data and voice providers in public policy and advocacy, product management and business development.

Kevin Dundon, Senior Vice President, Offer Management, Wholesale Markets, Level 3 Communications
Kevin Dundon is responsible for the cable, carrier, large enterprise, service provider and wireless markets.  In this role, he is responsible for overall profitability, go-to market strategy and growth initiatives for these customer segments that include the largest users of telecommunications services.
Since joining Level 3 at the company’s inception in 1997, Dundon has held numerous leadership roles in network planning, operations and product management.
Prior to Level 3, Dundon held management positions at MFS/WorldCom and Sprint/Centel  Local Telephone operations.
Dundon holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from DePaul University in Chicago and a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Daniel Llamas, Director, Verizon VPS Wireless FTTCS Customer Support, Verizon Partner Solutions
In his role as director of Fiber to the Cell Site Program Management Office, Dan Llamas is responsible for the deployment and implementation of Ethernet services to cell sites supporting the wireless LTE initiative. In addition he’s responsible for service management of wireless carriers nationally.
Prior to this assignment, Llamas was the Director of Customer Care Network Operations in Verizon’s Partner Solutions division, where he was responsible for ordering, provisioning, and billing of telecom services for wholesale and large retail customers on a regional basis.
Llamas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Madison University and a master’s certificate in Infrastructure Technology Project Management from George Washington University. He also has completed executive leadership programs and product and industry standard certification programs at Southern Methodist University and Dale Carnegie. 

Joe Sandri, SVP of Regulatory and Government Affairs, FiberTower
Joseph Sandri serves as Senior Vice President of Regulatory and Government Affairs for FiberTower. He is responsible for all regulatory and business aspects related to FiberTower’s extensive spectrum assets. Prior to joining First Avenue, Sandri served as president of IDT Spectrum and senior vice president and regulatory counsel for Winstar/IDT Solutions. Prior to that, he interned in the FCC Mass Media Enforcement and Common Carrier Policy Bureaus. He holds a BS from the University of Maryland, a JD from the Catholic University Columbus School of Law, and certification from the Institute for Communications Law Studies in Washington, D.C.
