When it comes to choosing providers for unified communications (UC) products, IT managers like three vendors: Cisco (Nasdaq: CSCO), Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) and Avaya, said a new TechTarget survey of 348 enterprise IT professionals. In terms of adoption, the survey showed that about 22.7 percent of enterprises have fully deployed UC, while another 26.4 percent have deployed UC partially or fully for a small number of employees.
