Terry Young

Terry Young is a broadband industry expert with over 20 years in telecommunications, focusing on security and networking for cable, mobile and fixed service providers.  At A10 Networks, Terry has global responsibility for thought leadership content and programs to service providers. Her prior experience includes market strategy at AT&T and product marketing leadership roles with mobile infrastructure and security vendors. As a principal analyst for a syndicated market research company early in the 3G technology introduction, her 3G/4G market analysis and forecasts were published by the UMTS Forum. Terry has an MBA from Arizona State University and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Jeff Heynen

Jeff Heynen joined Dell’Oro Group in 2018, and is responsible for the Broadband Access and Home Networking market, Fixed Wireless Infrastructure & CPE, and Cable Outside Plant market research programs. Mr. Heynen has expanded the Broadband Access and Home Networking areas to include fixed wireless CPE, virtual CCAP, Remote PHY, remote MACPHY, and DOCSIS 4.0 infrastructure. Mr. Heynen has written articles and white papers, and his research and analysis have been widely cited in leading trade and business publications.
