Altice gets U.S. management team in place following Suddenlink purchase

Now that it has cleared the last regulatory hurdle to complete its acquisition of Suddenlink, Altice has set up its U.S. management team.

Former Morgan Stanley investment banker Charles F. Stewart and former Altice Dominican Republic chief Hakim Boubazine, who will serve as co-presidents of the U.S. operation. Stewart will also serve CFO, while Boubazine will pull double duty as COO. 

Jerry Kent, the outgoing CEO of Suddenlink, announced that his top management team will follow him to data center provider TierPoint, where he will take over as CEO. TierPoint recently completed an acquisition of Windstream's data center assets.
