AT&T, DirecTV deal faces protest from Netflix, former wireless partners

Over 90 of AT&T's (NYSE: T) wireless industry partners have come together to jointly make their voice heard at the FCC in protesting the service provider's pending acquisition of DirecTV (NASDAQ: DTV). Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX) joined the fray by sending a notice to the regulator asking for conditions to restrict paid peering.
