AT&T Labs takes a new look at the TV experience

AT&T Labs (NYSE: T) is developing new TV technology that it says could give multichannel service providers the ability to offer customers personalized TV recommendations to subscribers based on profiles it builds for each user, or even automatically change channels for a subscriber to deliver content that he or she may be interested in watching.
