Vitals: This high-speed Cable TV operator was originally founded in 1984 by Bill Bresnan and served markets primarily in the Midwest before selling all of its properties to Charter Communications in 2000. However, Bresnan has since re-booted, having acquired customer bases in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana and Utah in 2003. It now serves about 320,000 customers
