Bright House, Charter merger talk boosts shares

Even as the FCC continues to review the Comcast (NASDAQ: CMCSA) and Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC) mega-merger, a report has emerged that Charter Communications is looking to make a deal to acquire Bright House Networks.
