Broadband installers say accurate data improves the customer experience

As the saying goes, knowledge is power, and the same can be said when a technician is installing a broadband connection at a customer's location.

A recent Jones/NCTI survey revealed that broadband technicians who have access to data to answer customers' questions can provide a better installation process and overall experience. Specifically, the survey found that 64 percent of all technicians surveyed said that getting accurate answers to questions was a key way to improve the customer experience.
